On Wednesday, 22 October 2025, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Khon Kaen University, led by Associate Professor Dr.Orathai Piayura, Dean of the Faculty, together with the management team, held a pivotal meeting with high-ranking executives from the Police Lieutenant School (referred to as the Police Club for this discussion).
The delegation from the Police side included Police Lieutenant General Sakrapee Purepanich, Commanding Officer of the Police Club; Police Major General Sarawut Jindakhum, Deputy Commanding Officer; and Police Major General Sorut Klubvila, along with other executives. The meeting took place at Phai Sing To Room, Police Club, and was convened to explore opportunities for comprehensive academic collaboration between the two institutions.
The discussion was further honored by the presence of Police General Sakda Dechakriengkai, Special Former Advisor to the Royal Thai Police and Former Commander of the Police Club, who joined the session to provide valuable insights and recommendations for strengthening the future cooperation.
The main focus of the discussion centered on the development of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) covering several critical areas:
