KKU Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Hosts Ethics Training for Professional Development

On July 16, 2025, the Human Resources Unit of Khon Kaen University's Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences organized a training program titled "Workplace Ethics." The session aimed to enhance staff understanding of ethical conduct and elevate their professional capabilities.

 

Assistant Professor Dr. Nathatai Manadee, Vice Dean for Administration and Corporate Communications, presided over the opening. She emphasized the critical importance of fostering knowledge and understanding of work ethics among support staff. This training ensures that employees can perform their duties professionally and in accordance with good governance principles. Over 30 staff members attended the event in Room 4A of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.

 

The training featured Acting Sub Lt. Suppanut Siriaisoonsedthapongkorn, Chairman of the Khon Kaen University Staff Council, as the guest lecturer. He shared his expertise and practical experience in workplace ethics, including real-world scenarios applicable to daily work contexts. This initiative is expected to deepen staff knowledge and awareness of ethical practices, leading to standardized, accurate, transparent, and fair work performance. Ultimately, it aims to reduce disciplinary risks and promote a positive long-term image for the organization.
