HUSOKKU Team Welcomes KKU Staff Council for Organizational Development Discussion
On April 2, 2025, Associate Professor Dr. Orathai Piayura, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Khon Kaen University, along with the faculty’s executive team and staff, welcomed the Khon Kaen University Staff Council, led by President of the Staff Senate, Aj. Suphanat Siriaisoon Setthaphongkorn. On the occasion of a meeting and discussion to exchange views on organizational development strategies and gather feedback to enhance the rights and benefits of Khon Kaen University personnel.
In this meeting, the University Staff Senate emphasized seven key strategies focused on organizational development through personnel engagement, including:
- Staff Engagement Strategy: Encouraging employees to voice their opinions and actively participate in organizational development.
- Recognition and Merit Strategy: Honoring outstanding personnel to boost morale and motivation.
- Academic Advancement Strategy: Supporting faculty and staff in their professional and academic growth.
- Welfare and Benefits Strategy: Enhancing quality of life and employee welfare.
- Staff Association Strategy: Promoting activities that strengthen relationships among university personnel.
- Organizational Communication Strategy: Improving transparency and efficiency in internal communications.
- Collaboration and Networking Strategy: Strengthening partnerships with internal and external organizations.
This discussion and exchange of ideas provided an opportunity for personnel to actively contribute to organizational development and enhance the workplace environment which ultimately led to a sustainable and stable growth of Khon Kaen University.
