HUSO KKU Welcomes Faculty and Students from Khukhan School, Enhances English Skills, and Provides Guidance on Techniques to Win the Portfolio Round
On January 31, 2025, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Khon Kaen University, welcomed 44 faculty members and students from Khukhan School, Sisaket Province, on the occasion of a study visit and observation of teaching and learning activities in English courses at Room 5607, HS05 Building, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Khon Kaen University.
On this occasion, Assistant Professor Wigran Namphadorn, a lecturer in the English Language Department, gave a welcoming speech. After that, teachers and students learned about the curriculum of the English Language Department and other programs offered. They also attended a lecture on guidelines for preparing a portfolio, in which students received advice on preparing from professors and students who had experience in passing the first round (Portfolio) of university admissions from the English Language Program, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Khon Kaen University.
In addition to attending the informative lecture, students also developed their English skills through extracurricular activities with seniors in the English Language Department. On behalf of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, we sincerely hope that the information and experience today will be beneficial to the students in their path to higher education in the future.
