On Friday, April 10, 2026, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (HUSO) hosted the annual Songkran celebration on the first floor of the Rattanapittaya Building.

The day’s proceedings commenced at the courtyard of the Phra Phuttha Pathom Pawatttayan Buddha statue. Associate Professor Dr. Orathai Piayura, Dean of the Faculty, along with the administrators, professors, and staff, united for a sacred worship ceremony. To encourage the incoming year, the venerable monk Yuwin Phuripanyo from Wat Pa Sawang Phon led the Matika-Bangsukun chanting to dedicate merit and cultivate good karma.

In this cherished Isan ritual, attendees respectfully bathed the Buddha statue with fragrant water. Subsequently, HUSO community members engaged in an expression of deep respect to their elders, wishing for guidance in the year to come. This event represents a heartfelt union of the HUSO community, dedicated to carrying forward a cultural legacy.

2026年4月10日（星期五），孔敬大学人文与社会科学学院（HUSO）将在 Rattanapittaya 大楼一层举办年度宋干节庆祝活动。

活动将在学院供奉的 Phra Phuttha Pathom Phatthayan 佛像前正式开始。院长 Orathai Piayura 副教授博士将率领学院管理团队及教职员工共同参与传统礼敬仪式。活动特别邀请来自 Wat Pa Sawang Phon 寺的 Yuwin Phuripanyo 高僧主持，通过佛法开示与诵经（Matika-Bangsukun）仪式，回向功德并为新年积累福报。

在这一珍贵的伊森传统仪式中，与会者将以芳香净水恭敬地“浴佛”。随后，学院青年成员将向长辈行洒水礼，表达崇高敬意并寄托美好祝愿。此次活动体现了全院成员的凝聚力，在迎接新年之际，致力于传承文化遗产，为师生带来慰藉与鼓舞。
