Khon Kaen University's Faculty of Humanities Signs MoU with South Korea's Prestigious Justin Graduate School
On June 29, 2023, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Khon Kaen University, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Justin Graduate School, Daegu Catholic University, South Korea's most prominent Catholic University.
The ceremony was held at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Khon Kaen University. Associate Professor Dr. Orathai Piayura, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Assistant Professor Dr. Wirat Wongpinunwatana, Associate Dean for Academic and International Affairs, and lecturers from the Department of Eastern Languages (Korean Major) led by Dr. Suketsak Wanvaja, Chairman of the Korean Major, warmly welcomed the guests from Daegu Catholic University.
Later, Assistant Professor Park Jinwook, Head of the Department of Korean Language Education at Daegu Catholic University, expressed his appreciation in response to the hospitality. He stated that it was his first visit to Khon Kaen University and that he was happy to receive such a warm welcome. As a representative for Associate Professor Dr. Choe Wono, he also mentioned his intentions to return for more collaborative activities between the two institutions.
Both institutions look forward to a fruitful partnership and mutually beneficial learning opportunities for their students and to promote academic exchange programs, joint research projects, international seminars, workshops, and cultural immersion experiences that will enrich students' lives both academically and personally.
