ประกาศรับสมัครทุนสนับสนุนการนำเสนอผลงานวิชาการในต่างประเทศ งวดที่ 2/2569

กองบริหารงานวิจัย ฝ่ายวิจัยและนวัตกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น เปิดรับข้อเสนอขอรับทุนสนับสนุนค่าใช้จ่ายในการนำเสนอผลงานทางวิชาการในต่างประเทศ ประจำงวดที่ 2/2569 สำหรับอาจารย์และบุคลากรของมหาวิทยาลัยที่มีคุณสมบัติตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• เป็นข้าราชการ หรือพนักงานมหาวิทยาลัย (สายผู้สอนหรือสายสนับสนุน) ที่มีสัญญาจ้างกับมหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น
• เป็นเจ้าของผลงาน (ชื่อหลักหรือผู้ร่วม) และมีชื่อปรากฏในผลงานที่ยื่นขอทุน
• รูปแบบการนำเสนอ: Oral Presentation / การแสดงผลงานศิลปะ-นวัตกรรม / การนำเสนอแบบ Online
• ไม่อยู่ระหว่างการลาศึกษาต่อ หรือเพิ่มพูนความรู้ ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ
• ผู้ขอทุนต้องไม่เป็นผู้รับทุนปีติดกัน (พิจารณาตามปีงบประมาณ)
• 1 ผลงาน สามารถยื่นขอรับทุนได้เพียง 1 ท่านเท่านั้น และต้องไม่เคยนำเสนอที่อื่นมาก่อน

ลักษณะของการประชุมวิชาการ

• จัดโดยสมาคมวิชาชีพ หรือองค์กรที่ได้รับการยอมรับในสาขาวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประวัติการจัดมาแล้วอย่างน้อย 5 ครั้ง และเป็นเวทีระดับนานาชาติ
• หัวข้อการประชุมต้องสอดคล้องกับสาขาวิชาของผู้ขอรับทุน
• กรณี Invited / Keynote Speaker ต้องมีหนังสือเชิญจากผู้จัดประชุม

Call for Applications: Overseas Academic Presentation Support Grant (2/2026)

The Division of Research Administration, KKU, is now accepting applications for 2/2026 of the Overseas Academic Presentation Support Grant. This grant is available for eligible faculty members and staff to support expenses for academic presentations abroad.

Applicant Qualifications

• Must be a civil servant or university employee (teaching or supporting staff) of Khon Kaen University.
• Must be the author/co-author of the submitted work.
• Presentation Formats: Oral Presentation, Art/Design/Innovation Exhibitions, or Online Presentations.
• Must not be on study leave or academic development leave (domestic/abroad).
• Must not have received this grant in the previous fiscal year.
• One application per work, and the work must not have been previously presented elsewhere.

Conference Criteria

• Organized by recognized professional associations or organizations in the relevant field.
• International conference with at least five previous editions.
• Topics must align with the applicant's academic discipline.
• Invited/Keynote speakers must provide an official invitation letter.
