Student Exchange Programs
The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences promotes the exchange of students for both Thai and foreign students in accordance with the cooperation agreements between the universities. Exchange activities include Short Training, Language and Cultural Course, Short Exchange, Internship, Research Experience Training. The faculty also provides a number of funding for the exchanges. Each year, there are approximately 130 outbound exchange students to mostly Japan, China, the United States, France, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam and Laos, and there are approximately 120 inbound exchange students, mostly from Japan, China, the United States, Singapore, Germany, Australia. Indonesia, Vietnam and Laos.
The faculty provides activities for foreign students to promote a better understanding of language and culture, and students' adaptation to the university life in Thailand, and to exchange knowledge and experience with Thai students. Foreign students also have an opportunity to participate in activities to disseminate knowledge about that their countries to Thai people. Activities held include Thai language and culture training, organizing excursions to Thai lifestyle and landmarks, academic lecture, exhibitions with embassies or educational agencies of each country, international food and culture festivals, etc.
