2. OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAM
The Doctor of Philosophy in Public Adnistration program (Revised in 2018) aims to produce graduates who have the following qualifications:
(1) Have morality, ethics, social and collective responsibility and be able to adjust the way of life under the conflict of values, including the development of habits and behaviors according to morality.
(2) Have profond knowledge in academic, and have professional skills in Public Administration. Be able to implement self-learning including creating innovations based on the concepts and theories of Public Administration.
(3) Be able to analyze complex situations or problems as well as to apply research skills to solve problems that are dynamic and complex leading to innovation in Public Administration.
(4) Have national and international academic leadership. Be able to express critcal opinions on the concepts and theories of Public Administration.
(5) Be effective in using information technology to communicate appropriately with the situation, including knowledge and ability to use basic statistical tools to solve advanced research problems correctly, as well as being able to use statistical tools to apply in the analysis of Public Administration phenomena.
