2. OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAM
The Doctor of Philosophy in Development Science program (Revised in 2018) aims to produce graduates who have the following qualifications:
(1) Have deep knowledge and ability in the field of Development Science, and have integratuin of knowledge in analizing development problems and developing development strategies by crossing various fields of study.
(2) Be able to conduct research by integrating knowledge to solve complex problems or create new knowledge and transfer to development in the field of Development Science in both national and international levels.
(3) Have morality and ethincs of a good researcher, and have a sense of being good developers who promote and drive society to the balanced and sustainable development.
3. CURRICULUM AND TYPE OF PROGRAM
Total credit of study is 48 credits consisting of:

Mandatory Courses
Type 1.1 students are required to take the courses ** HS492 711, ** HS492 712, and ** HS492 991. The credits are not counted. Type 2.1 students are required to complete the required courses for 9 credits.
