HUSOLC Brings In Native Language Experts to Conduct Language Skills Development Training “Field Trip to Develop EQ and Language Skills” Aimed at Enhancing Foreign Language Proficiency for High School Students
On March 1, 2025, the Language Center of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Khon Kaen University, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Benyatip Suphakalin (Acting Director of the Language Center, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences) and the lecturer team from the Language Center, organized Chinese and English language training for 201 students from Kanlayanawat School, covering grades 7 to 11, as part of the “Field Trip to Develop EQ and Language Skills” project. The event took place at Phu Suan Khwang Resort and Camping, Khon Kaen Zoo.
The project aims to provide secondary students with the opportunity to practice foreign language skills in both English and Chinese, while also developing their potential by promoting proficiency in these languages.
This training not only focuses on enhancing language skills but also emphasizes emotional intelligence (EQ), helping students apply the skills they have acquired in their daily lives and future studies effectively.
The project received positive feedback from both students and teachers and is expected to play a crucial role in developing students’ language skills, motivating them to pursue further studies in language-related fields, both in Thailand and internationally.
