KKU Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Visits Ancient City, Participates in 9th Six-Institute Relationship Camp, Strengthening Network and Creating Community Learning Experiences
On February 15, 2025, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Khon Kaen University, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Prapas Kaewketpong, Deputy Dean for Planning and Proactive Strategies, along with faculty members and students, traveled to participate in the "9th Humanities and Social Sciences Network Relationship Camp (Six-Institute Camp)" for the 2024 academic year. Held between February 15-22, 2025, this activity is continuously organized to connect relationships under the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) of the collaborative network comprises six higher education institutions: Khon Kaen University, Prince of Songkla University, Pattani Campus, Kasetsart University, Chiang Mai University, Mahasarakham University, and Burapha University.
The camp is organized in the format of a volunteer development and community service camp, with the objectives of building a network of cooperation in student development, providing opportunities for students to exchange experiences related to activities, coupled with developing their own potential on the basis of using knowledge and ability to help others, including enabling students to have knowledge and understanding about the community and gain more experience from community-based learning. It also opens up perspectives for students to study and learn about culture in different regions. This year, the Faculty of Humanities, Kasetsart University, was honored to be the host at Nakhon Luang School (Pibul Prasert Wit), Nakhon Luang Subdistrict, Nakhon Luang District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province.
