Article 1: Pragmatic competence development in refusals by Thai learners of Spanish

This study highlights that learners must possess pragmatic competence in cultural contexts specifically "Refusals" rather than prioritizing grammar alone. Based on DCT data from 95 participants, it finds that starter-year and advanced students show similar refusal-skill levels, suggesting a strong need for polite strategy learning to prevent communication failures.

Article 2: Learning management as Content and Language integrated Learning (CLIL) in teaching Spanish for specific purposes in Thailand: Courses and pedagogical proposals.

This article evaluates Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) in enhancing Spanish for Specific Purposes (SSP) at the undergraduate level. It identifies curriculum diversification into tourism and health management, while suggesting digital tool integration and resource-sharing to overcome local teaching challenges.
