The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (HUSO), Khon Kaen University (KKU), through the Planning and Quality Section, organized a knowledge-sharing program on management excellence and quality improvement plan based on the Education Criteria for Performance Excellence (EdPEx). The program was honoured by the presence of Associate Professor Dr. Orathai Piayura, Dean of the Faculty, together with the administrative team and faculty members during 28-31 January 2026 in Chiang Mai.

The program aimed to enhance the capacity of administrators and staff by strengthening their understanding of organizational management frameworks, as well as to elevate the faculty’s operational quality to align with international standards.

Activities included lectures on the Feedback Report, workshop sessions for quality improvement plans, and a study visit to the Faculty of Humanities, Chiang Mai University, to discuss World University Ranking (WUR) and EdPEx criteria at Meeting Room HB7211.

The session concluded with strategic guidelines for sustainable faculty development, featuring keynote speaker Associate Professor Dr. Grid Rangsungnoen, an expert in educational quality assurance.

孔敬大学人文与社会科学学院通过规划与质量保障部门，组织开展了以教育绩效卓越标准（EdPEx）为基础的管理卓越与质量提升计划交流活动。本次活动由学院院长 副教授 Orathai Piayura 博士率领，学院管理团队及教师共同参与。活动于2026年1月28日至31日在清迈举行。

本项目旨在提升管理人员及工作人员的能力，通过强化其对卓越框架的组织管理知识，同时推动学院运行质量向国际标准看齐。活动包括 Feedback Report 讲解、专题工作坊以及各类别质量提升计划的制定，由学院管理团队担任流程负责人。

2026年1月29日，参与人员前往清迈大学人文学院开展学习考察，围绕世界大学排名（WUR）以及基于 EdPEx 标准的质量保障体系展开深入探讨。交流活动在 HB7 大楼 HB7211 会议室圆满完成。

此外，项目由质量保障专家 副教授 Grid Rangsungnoen 博士担任主讲，总结了质量提升计划成果，将其作为学院系统化与可持续发展的重要战略指导。
