The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (HUSO) at Khon Kaen University recently transformed its courtyard into a nostalgic haven for “The Human Market: Winter Archive.” Held on December 12–13, this trade fair and creative showcase arrived just in time for the windy winter, serving as a vibrant hub for student entrepreneurs and artists.

The event was officially opened by Asst. Prof. Dr. Prapas Kaewketpong, Vice Dean for Administration, who served as the Chairman for the opening ceremony. He was joined by Asst. Prof. Dr. Marasri Sorthi, Vice Dean of Student Development and Communications, along with student development networks, students, and general public who participated in the festivities.

A Museum of Time
Designed under the theme “Winter Archives,” the market combined the charm of the old era with the warmth of the season. Over 50 stalls, including food trucks and student-run shops, were transformed into vintage-style displays. Walking through the fair felt like a stroll through a "Museum of Time," with every corner offering a unique glimpse into creative history.
A Night of Spectacular Performances
The event featured over 100 student artists showcasing their immense creativity across various genres. The stage was alive with energy throughout the two-night celebration, featuring cover dance, folksong bands, full band sets, random dance.

Beyond the shopping and music, participants engaged in various interactive experiences, including face painting, trading, and point collection for exclusive rewards. The initiative proved to be a successful practical space for students to develop their cooperation, creativity, and 21st-century entrepreneurship skills.
